Citizens' Advisory Commission on Federal Management Areas in                                                                    
Alaska; relating to the membership and duties of the Citizens'                                                                  
Advisory Commission on Federal Management Areas in Alaska;                                                                      
relating to the authority of the Department of Natural Resources                                                                
regarding the Citizens' Advisory Commission on Federal Management                                                               
Areas in Alaska; and providing for an effective date" was read the
